  1. Lending your crypto without ever repaying the loan

    1 bitcoin market price is $100,000.

    From your blockchain wallet, you fund your MCA account with 0.1 Bitcoin.

    If you choose to lend it and get cash, the following operations will be automatically done for you:

    • Conversion of your crypto into an MCA Bitcoin investment, applying a fee of 1%, i.e., receiving 0.099 BTC in your MCA account
    • Selling of the MCA investment at the current market price of $100,000 per Bitcoin
    • Receiving $4,950 (50% of its market value) in your MCA account
    • Receiving $4,950 (50% of its market value) in your newly opened trading sub-account
    • Opening of a long position of 0.099 BTC/USD on your trading account at the same price of $100,000 per Bitcoin
      • If you hold the position overnight, it will incur swap costs
      • If you close the position, it will incur spread costs and a 1% fee

  2. Lending crypto, repaying the loan, and withdrawing crypto to the blockchain

    1 bitcoin market price is $100,000.

    From your blockchain wallet, you fund your MCA account with 0.1 Bitcoin.

    If you choose to lend it and get cash, the following operations will be automatically done for you:

    • Conversion of your crypto into an MCA Bitcoin investment, applying a fee of 1%, i.e., receiving 0.099 BTC in your MCA account

    If you want to convert your marginal position into a Bitcoin investment on your MCA account with further delivery to the blockchain, you will need to do the following:

    • Close your marginal position on your JForex account. This will incur spread costs and a 1% fee for the closing trade
    • Transfer the JForex collateral to your MCA account
    • Purchase a Bitcoin investment on your MCA account. A 1% fee will be applied to the purchase
    • Order delivery of your Bitcoin to your crypto wallet – 30 CHF
